Refund policy

Returns & refunds are only available for damaged or missing goods. If damaged, please supply a picture to We will ship out a new item to you in place of the damaged one. Gift cards & vintage items are also non refundable/ non returnable.

To aid in this process, please show proof of payment.

No refunds will be given for:
• Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Any item not returned in 30 days of purchase
• Vintage items
• Gift Cards

Refunds (if applicable)
Once a picture of your damaged/ missing item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the replacement for the damaged/ missing item.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
