What kind of t-shirts & printing methods do you use? What makes FM brand tees stand out?

Quality is a must have and that's why we created our very own brand of shirts that you won't find anywhere else. Each shirt is handcrafted from scratch to maintain the highest quality standards. All our shirts are printed on 100% premium cotton that has been rough & tumbled through a special process. We follow that with days of sun bleaching to give them an off white color. As such, they’re very lightweight like your favorite vintage shirts. You can expect them to shrink slightly, as 100% cotton shirts often do. Most shirts are unisex at the moment, and listed as such.

Please check the description for fitting & sizing guides. This is the most assured way of buying the right size.

As for printing methods, all our shirts printed via screen print, using eco-friendly inks for the best quality. They’re designed to last through washing periods to come.

What are FM Brand Vintage shirts?

As of 1/01/2020 Future Monsters is one of the only clothing brands where you can buy 70's style replicas. Nearly all brands, especially generic one's, mass produce cheap quality blanks. Each & every shirt we print on is given the attention it deserves. Our blank shirts are custom made from scratch only for Future Monsters. Akin to 70's-era blanks, our tees feature a wider neckband, tailored fit, & softer, thinner cotton fabric.


Care Instructions

What's the best way to wash a shirt?

To best wash our shirts, we recommend washing inside out with the design inward. 

Expect some shrinking upon original wash due to the 100% cotton fabric. Please order your size accordingly with the size chart located in the product page. 


Shipping

When will my order ship?

We process and ship orders every other business day. So, if you order on Monday, your package will ship Wednesday. Sometimes, however, we will process and ship an order out the next day! This all depends on the time of the year and how busy a particular day was. During the holiday season, we may have a slightly longer processing period. Please email us if you have any questions!

How long does shipping take?

Domestic shipping (free for all orders over $24.99) typically takes between 2-5 business days.

I did not receive tracking information.

After we ship your order, you should automatically receive a notification which includes tracking information. If you did not receive it, please check your spam folders or reach out to us.

Delayed shipping/ lost or damaged package.

Future Monsters is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We will work with you every step of the way in finding your package, and we will not leave you hanging. However, it is our job to send the package, and your job to be there when it’s delivered. If it does not show up, or is damaged, you’ll need to contact your local USPS to resolve this issue.

Please double check that your shipping info is correct and that you keep an eye on tracking every step of the way. We do not replace lost or stolen packages, as this is a USPS issue.

International Orders

Future Monsters offers shipping worldwide, via USPS, in the same manner as domestic orders. Please note that all international orders are subject to any fees & taxes that your country may place. We recommend checking with your local customs office to answer any questions you may have.


Returns, Exchanges, Refunds

How do refunds work?

We only offer refunds for defective items. However, we’ll gladly exchange any item if there is a sizing issue! All sales are final.

What is the return policy?

We gladly accept exchanges within a 7-day period as long as the shirt is new and in the original condition with tote bag. After that we do not accept any returns or refunds. The customer must pay for the return and provide their own mailer. Further, there is no guarantee the shirt will be in stock once we receive the exchange, as we do not hold items. It is important to check the sizing chart conveniently placed on each page.

When sending your replacement back, please make sure to include a note describing the size you would prefer. Also, please notify us via email at futuremonsters@gmail.com that you would like an exchange. We’re always happy to help assist you in these situations!


Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

We process orders every other day, so we must be notified of a cancellation before then. We do not accept cancelations for shipped packages.


Wholesale

I would like to sell Future Monsters merchandise in my store.

We love working with fellow small businesses! Please send us an email detailing what you’d like to sell and we can work out pricing. Tell us a little about your store, too! We would love to know you and work with you.

Does Future Monsters have an ambassador/ affiliate program?

Yes! We're always looking for like-minded creeps to help spread Future Monsters to the world. Members share similar values of making people smile, while looking their grooviest and enjoying the perks of the program.  

What are the perks of the program?

Members of our ambassador club can enjoy up to 20% off personal purchases, as well as a unique 15% off code for your followers to use on their first purchase. We also offer 10% commission on all sales generated with your unique code. On top of this, we also offer free samples throughout the year.
